<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize improvement of productivity of a solar cell module by improving a fixing method of a terminal box to a rear surface protection member and thereby simplifying dimensional control of a thickness after attaching the terminal box to the rear surface protection member. <P>SOLUTION: A double-sided tape body 40 and/or a double-sided tape piece 45 having a moisture-proof property is adhered and fixed in advance around a lead pulling-out opening part 24h of a back sheet 24, and a bottom surface 37 of a terminal box 3 is adhered and fixed to the double-sided tape piece 40 and/or the double-sided tape piece 45. An entire shape of the double-sided tape body 40 is formed to have a rectangular shape covering the entire bottom surface 37 of the terminal box 3. A center part of the terminal box 3 including two lead introducing opening parts 33a is cut out in a wide rectangle shape to form a tape opening part 41.
