<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent (EL) panel sealing substrate which, when used in organic EL panels, can reduce unevenness in brightness caused by a voltage drop, exhibits high strength, and can efficiently radiate generated heat from organic EL layers to prevent degradation in organic EL layers, as well as to provide an organic EL panel using the same and a method for manufacturing such an organic EL panel at low cost without using large-scale facilities, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL panel sealing substrate designed to achieve the above objectives has flexibility and includes at least a metal layer, with conductive projected structures formed in a pattern-like manner on the surface on one side of the metal layer, and the organic EL substrate of an organic EL panel disposed on the projected structure side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
