<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crack which is caused during autoclave curing in a method for producing a thick ALC panel of 150 mm or more in thickness. <P>SOLUTION: In the production of an ALC panel having a thickness exceeding 150 mm, coarse particle aluminum powder having a peak particle size of 100-250 μm is used as a foaming agent, and the ratio of contraction in the height direction of a raw cake after the lapse of 120 minutes from casting is set to 5% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
