<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure functionality, while enjoying an advantage of solar power generation, in an electric equipment device for a vehicle having electric equipment for operating by electric power of a solar power generator. <P>SOLUTION: When an occupant transfers to a parking state by getting off a car, in a state where a deposit quantity of dust does not exceed an allowable value, when a power generation quantity of the solar power generator 3 is electric power or more required for operating a cleaning machine 4, the cleaning machine 4 is operated by electric power of the solar power generator 3. In a state where the deposit quantity of the dust does not exceed the allowable value, when the power generation quantity of the solar power generator 3 is less than the electric power required for operating the cleaning machine 4, operation of the cleaning machine 4 by the electric power of the solar power generator 3 is stayed in standby, and the cleaning machine 4 is operated by the electric power of the solar power generator 3 as soon as the power generation quantity of the solar power generator 3 becomes the electric power or more required for operating the cleaning machine 4 thereafter.
