<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker suitable for manufacturing bread, with grain kernels as starting raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker 1 accommodates in a body 10 a bread container 80 into which raw material for bread is loaded, and bread making steps are executed. The bread making steps includes a grinding step of rotating the grinding blade 92 inside the bread container 80 and grinding the grain kernels, and a kneading step of rotating the mixing blade 101 inside the bread container 80 and kneading dough from the raw material for bread that contains the ground grain kernels obtained by the grinding step.
