<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method maximizing forward line data processing performance of a wireless communication system by using superposition coding to a plurality of user candidates. <P>SOLUTION: A base station compiles a list of user candidates for superposition coding, ranks the user candidates based on a result of an evaluation function, selects a deserving user candidate from among the user candidates, and compiles a superposition coded packet by adding other user data packets to a packet of the deserving user data packet.
