<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely support a vehicle body load, by improving elastic force of spring members. <P>SOLUTION: This traveling wheel 10 includes a hub 12 connected to a wheel shaft 11, the annular rim 13 arranged on the outer peripheral side of the hub 12, and the three spring members 14 arranged between the hub 12 and the rim 13. The spring members 14 are arranged at an equal interval in the circumferential direction between the hub 12 and the rim 13, and include a circular arc-shaped shaft fixing part 20 fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the hub 12, a circular arc-shaped wheel support part 21 butted against an inner peripheral surface of the rim 13, and a pair of bending parts 22 for mutually connecting both end parts in the circumferential direction between the shaft fixing part 20 and the wheel support part 21. The bending parts 22 extend by reversing in the circumferential direction between the shaft fixing part 20 and the wheel support part 21, and mutually connect the shaft fixing part 20 and the wheel support part 21, and are freely elastically deformed in the radial direction of the wheel shaft 11.
