<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless distribution device capable of searching the location of a radio terminal in a short time without increasing the installation number of access points. <P>SOLUTION: The information of the position coordinates and radio wave output strength of installed access points is managed, the measurement result of the radio wave reception strength of a participating access point, which is measured by the radio terminal, is collected, and whether or not the access point adjacent to the participating access point is included in the measurement result is determined. When the adjacent access point is not included, the vicinity area of the participating access point is specified as the present area of the radio terminal.
