<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily do the switching work of machining of a platy workpiece and machining of a cylindrical workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: When a flat plate is processed, a pallet 3 for a flat plate is moved to a machining area 7 of a body frame 9 from a workpiece carrying out/in frame 11 while evacuating a pallet 5 for a pipe to an auxiliary frame 13. When a pipe is processed, a pallet 5 for a pipe is moved to a machining area 7 of a body frame 9 from an auxiliary frame 13 while evacuating a pallet 3 for a flat plate to a workpiece carrying out/in frame 11. A pallet 5 for a pipe includes: a main chuck module 37 in which a pipe is intercalated for example, from an auxiliary frame 13 side, and which holds an insertion direction rear end of the pipe; and a support chuck module 39 which moves to an X-axis direction united with an X-axis carriage 15 equipped with a laser beam machining head 21, to move in an X-axis direction based on a device frame 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
