<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a learner to effectively perform learning. <P>SOLUTION: An information disclosure part 110, on the basis of an instruction signal output from an input part 210 by learner's operation, reads out learning content stored in a learning content storage part 230 and discloses the content to the learner through an output part 220.
