<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove solid impurities from a liquid to be treated without damaging a filter module or producing a leak even if a temperature change is produced in the liquid to be treated. <P>SOLUTION: This filter is constituted by arranging filter module 16 to the partition plate 13 for internally demarcating a hermetically closed container 12 into a filtering chamber 14 and a treated liquid chamber 15 and a filter module 10 is constituted of filter parts 24 and filter support parts 25. The filter support parts 25 of the filter module 16 are held between the partition plate 13 and press plates 17 to be fixed by fixing bolts 18 and a slit structure acting in a direction becoming small in gap accompanied by the temperature change of the liquid to be treated is provided to each of the filter support parts 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
