<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person requiring care to defecate in an easy and comfortable posture and to allow a care giver to easily perform intestine cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: A bed 1 for nursing care includes: a mat body 2 having a hip receiving part 6 that supports the hip part of the person P requiring care, an upper half body receiving part 7 that supports the body above the hip part and a lower half body receiving part 8 that supports the body below the hip part; a bed frame body 3 that supports the mat body 2; and a bedpan device 4 that can be moved to an opening formed by stowing the hip receiving part 6 underneath.
