<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display sheet with high reliability capable of exhibiting excellent display characteristics and a display device provided therewith, and further to provide an electronic apparatus with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 20 comprises: a substrate 12 disposed at a side of a display surface 121; a counter substrate 11 disposed opposite to the substrate 12; a display layer 400 interposed between the substrate 12 and the counter substrate 11 and filled with dispersion liquid 100 containing white particles A and black particles B dispersed in a dispersion medium 7; and a particles constraining layer 6 disposed inside the display layer 400 and allowing the white particles A and the black particles B to move in a thickness direction of the display layer 400 while suppressing the movement thereof in an in-plane direction of the display layer 400.
