<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and a program, allowing reduction of a processing load while improving operability. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 18 measures a displacement amount of an image from a plurality of pieces of image data of different frames.
