<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of improving convenience without giving wasteful time and labor to a user by enabling the resumption of the input process of image data after the stop of the input process after the stop state is released even if the reading process of a document is interrupted halfway. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 includes a document reading part 102, storage means 105 for storing image data, display image generation means 137, and an operation unit 120 comprising a display panel 132 and an operation unit side control part 131 which displays and guides the input state of the image data from the document reading part 102 on the display panel 132. The operation unit side control part 131 includes a preview display stop function 1311 and an input stop notification function 1312, and stops the preview display if the image data input is stopped in the middle when the image data are input and notifies the stop of the image data input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
