<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve advertisement appeal power by a portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A user of a mobile phone mails an insured charm image as a charm (celebration) to a friend, his or her family, or the user himself or herself, and the recipient of the mail confirms and agrees to contents, and sets the image as a wallpaper to have attached charm insurance (small-amount short-period insurance). The sender of the insured charm image and the advertiser of an advertisement incorporated in a charm image which constitutes the insured charm image bear an insurance fee.
