<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coordinate a car navigation with a prepared schedule by automatically preparing an operation schedule table of a company business car. <P>SOLUTION: The coordination system is equipped with an administrative server and car navigation devices to be installed in each officers car, which are mutually connected through a network. The administrative server is provided with: acquisition means of schedules for the officers, etc., for acquiring schedule information for the officers, etc.; condition acquisition means for acquiring a priority order condition for the officers, etc., as to a car dispatch when the number of officers, etc., requiring the car dispatch is more than the number of officer cars; operation schedule table preparing means for automatically preparing the operation schedule tables for the each officer car based on the schedule information or data of the schedule information and the priority order condition; and navigation start means for transmitting the data of the operation schedule tables to the car navigation devices to automatically start the navigation based on the operation schedule table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
