<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a facility device, in which trouble occurs, as a target to be patrolled without complexity in constructing a patrol support apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A map indicating arrangement positions of facility devices as targets to be patrolled is displayed on a display (S103), that facility device can be identified only by designating on the map the position of a facility device in which trouble occurs, and a position of the trouble can be indicated by marking on a photographic image in which that facility device is photographed by a digital camera. At the same time, a state of the facility device can be inputted interactively (S106), and the facility device thus identified, the marked photographic image data and the inputted facility device state are produced as collective data.
