PRINT CIRCUIT BOARD, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PRINT CIRCUIT BOARD, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print circuit board in which anisotropy is minimized, a manufacturing method of the print circuit board, and an electronic device.

SOLUTION: The print circuit board includes: a base material 2 that is formed by a fiber material oriented in a fiber direction D1; a cell 3 that corresponds to the outer shape of a circuit chip mounted on the surface of the base material 2 and is periodically sectioned into a plurality of cells on the surface of the base material 2; a plurality of through holes 4 that correspond to each connection terminal of the circuit chip and are formed in the cell 3. The imposition of the cell 3 is performed on base material 2 in an oblique direction that has a substantially 45 degrees with respect to the fiber direction D1.
