<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device with high photoelectric conversion efficiency by easily introducing Na in a substrate into a chalcopyrite semiconductor layer. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises: a substrate 1 containing Na; a plurality of electrodes 2 disposed spaced apart from one another on a primary surface of the substrate 1 in one direction; and a light absorption layer 3 that is disposed on the electrodes 2 and includes a chalcopyrite semiconductor layer. The electrodes 2 have through holes 8 penetrating through the substrate 1 side from the light absorption layer 3 side, and the light absorption layer 3 contacts the substrate 1 through the through holes 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
