<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work such as washing, inspection, inspection preventive maintenance, and repairing of piping installed in a narrow area such as near a jet pump of a boiling-water reactor. <P>SOLUTION: A working system comprises a base 24, a first rotary cylinder 27 tilting the base 24 in regard to a horizontal direction, an expanding/contracting guide 19 for vertically moving the base 24, an arm 20, a rotating roller 25 for rotating the arm 20, and an inspection probe 23 attached to the arm 20. The arm 20 is made from a plurality of parts united by links 22.
