<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overcurrent from flowing in a LED module 200 when attaching and detaching the LED module 200, and achieve reduction in energy consumption of a lighting device 100. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting device 100 comprises: a smoothing capacitor C10; a DC power supply circuit 110 for supplying a constant current to an LED module 200 connected thereto; a control power supply circuit 120 for generating a control voltage Vcc of a control circuit IC1 for controlling the DC power supply circuit 110; a DC power supply stop circuit 140 for detecting a voltage of the smoothing capacitor C10, and outputting an output stop signal when the detected voltage exceeds a threshold voltage; and a discharge circuit 150 for discharging the smoothing capacitor C10 and reducing the control voltage Vcc generated by the control power supply circuit 120, when receiving the output stop signal. Accordingly, the lighting device 100 can prevent overcurrent from flowing in the LED module 200 by quickly discharging the smoothing capacitor C10 when attaching and detaching the LED module 200, and achieve reduction in energy consumption of the lighting device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
