<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition capable of preventing a heat-island phenomenon, desertification and a local flood, and a pavement structure using the same. <P>SOLUTION: An epoxy resin composition comprises an epoxy resin and a granular porous ceramic sintered body with water retentivity. Preferably, 50 mass% or more of the granular porous ceramic sintered body has a particle diameter of 8 mm or less. A pavement structure comprises a plurality of paving stones 10 and the epoxy resin composition infilled into joints among the paving stones 10.
