PURPOSE: A misdiagnosis inspection method of a vaccine and a system thereof are provided to reduce time for error detection by omitting duplication inspection of each host computer. CONSTITUTION: A communication module(310) receives specific information about a file from a host server. A determining module(320) matches the specific information with management database. The determining module updates the management database and informs a storage module about update(330). The storage module stores the file in normal file database. An error inspection server scans the normal file database.
