<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite soft magnetic material having good productivity and excellent mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: In the composite soft magnetic material, a plurality of magnetic particles 2 are bound by a binding material 3 including at least Cu and Si, excellent mechanical strength can be obtained by binding the magnetic particles by the binding material 3 including at least Cu and Si.
