<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction structure of a heat insulation panel capable of taking advantage of high design in a heat insulation panel without damaging indoor design and capable of improving attachment strengh of the heat insulation panel. <P>SOLUTION: In a construction structure of a heat insulation panel for attaching a heat insulation panel A filled with a core material 3 packed between two metal skins 1 and 2, to a wall substrate, a reinforcement material 4 is installed between the two metal skins 1,2, and a fastener 37 is driven into the reinforcement material 4 so that the heat insulation panel is attached to the wall substrate.
