<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding tool capable of bonding super abrasives to a desired position, when bonding the super abrasives to a base metal. <P>SOLUTION: The grinding tool includes the cylindrical base metal 10 and a super abrasive layer 20 fixed to an outer peripheral surface or an end surface of the base metal 10 by brazing. The super abrasive layer 20 includes: the super abrasives 21; a metal brazing material 22 for bonding the super abrasives 21 to the base metal 10 by the brazing; and a powder filler 23, which is mixed with the metal brazing material 22, and which has a melting temperature higher than a melting temperature of the metal brazing material 22 and higher than a brazing temperature thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
