<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of an electric motor capable of maintaining rotational balance stably over a long term while avoiding increasing the size and weight. <P>SOLUTION: A flange 33 protruding radially outward is provided on a peripheral wall part 29 of a rotor yoke 28, and a plurality of adjustment holes 50 are formed along the circumferential direction in the flange 33.
