<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interdental brush configured such that the tip of a brush body is prevented from stimulating a user, making contact with the user's gums, and a physical load applied to a wire is reduced when carried about. <P>SOLUTION: The interdental brush 1 includes the brush body 10 including a bristle embedded portion 11 holding filaments 12 between twisted wire 14, and a handle body 20 mounted with a part of the wire 14 of the brush body 10. In the interdental brush, the handle body 20 is provided with a cylindrical body 30 covering the brush body 10 and movable in an extending direction of the wire 14, the cylindrical body 30 is formed with an opening 32 for protruding and retracting the bristle embedded portion 11, at a position corresponding to the tip 16 of the brush body, and is provided with a shock absorbing portion 34 on the peripheral edge of the opening 32, and the shock absorbing portion 34 is positioned ahead of the tip 16 of the brush body, in the extending direction of the wire 14, when the cylindrical body 30 covers the brush body 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
