<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of adjusting wind direction by solely one fixed barrel type tea processing machine. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the wind direction adjusting device equipped with a wind direction-adjusting plate having an arc-like cross sectional shape inside the beaten leaves guard of a kneading/drying chamber of the fixed barrel type tea processing machine, where the wind direction-adjusting plate is brought to be freely rotatable around a rotary shaft installed in the longitudinal direction of the kneading/drying chamber, to change the wind direction of the kneading/drying chamber by rotating the wind direction-adjusting plate by a drive means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
