<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner simultaneously achieving low-temperature fixability and image stability, a method for manufacturing a toner, and a method for forming an image. <P>SOLUTION: A toner containing at least a resin and a colorant includes: a resin phase 1 that contains a polyfunctional radical polymerizable component; and a resin phase 2 that contains a crosslinked polymer including a structural moiety represented by the following general formula (1).
