PURPOSE: A motor and a record disk driving device including the same are provided to improve the performance of the motor by preventing an oil leakage due to an external impact and a temperature rise. CONSTITUTION: A rotation member is combined with a shaft(110) and rotates by interlocking with the shaft. The shaft is inserted into a fixing member to support the shaft. Oil is sealed between a main wall(218) and the fixing member. A pumping groove(230) pumps the oil between the shaft and the fixing unit. A thrust plate provides thrust dynamic pressure to the shaft.
