PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing the efficiency of an apparatus for concentrating sunlight is provided to easily control a height interval between a Fresnel lens and a solar cell by lifting and dropping the Fresnel lens to a longitudinal direction of a rail. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell installation hole(1) passes through a supporting member(3). A heat dissipation member(5) is mounted on a bottom plane of the supporting member. A height control rod(9) is allowed to be upright to a vertical direction of the supporting member. A rail(11) is installed to a height direction of the control rod. A relay member is dropped and lifted to the height direction of the rail.
