PURPOSE: A meat roaster, capable of changing a heating part while rotating a grill part is provided to ripe the meat by changing the location of an upper/lower part while rotating the meat roaster. CONSTITUTION: A meat roaster includes a driving part(100), a circulator fisher, a grilling part, a guide paper index shift, a heating part and a controller(500). The circulator fisher rotates the driving part. The grilling part is combined in the circulator fisher to the constant interval. The upper heating part heats the grilling part. The controller controls the driving part.
