PURPOSE: A retro-reflection sheet and bead wallpaper are provided to illuminate only patterns in a dark place and to improve an aesthetic function. CONSTITUTION: A retro-reflection sheet comprises a transmitting unit, a base layer(30), a reflection unit, and protection layer. The transmission part comprises at least one of beads(10) and prism and coats an optical catalyst at a part. The base layer is formed at one side of the transmission part. The base layer contains an adhesive layer and coats a side facing the transmission part using the optical catalyst.
