PURPOSE: A biodegradable multi-layer sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance scratch resistance, shock resistance, and transparency without diminishing biodegradation property. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable multi-layer sheet comprises 60.0-98.0 parts by weight of polylactic acid, 2.0-40.0 parts by weight of poly(methyl methacrylate) selected from aliphatic poly(methyl methacrylate) based homopolymer or copolymers, and 0.5-5 parts by weight of layered silicate. The polylactic acid is composed of L-lactic acid, D-lactic acid, or L.D-lactic acid. A molecular weight of the biodegradable multi-layer sheet is 10,000 or greater. The sheet is composed of multi-layered structure of B / A / B.
