<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanking blade which does cause the clogging of a blanking product in a discharge passage and does not disperse the blanking product to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A discharge passage expansion step g is formed with a distance of h (0.1 mm≤h≤1.5 mm) from a cutting edge on a wall surface of the discharge passage P, an inner contour in cross section is the same as a contour of a blanking product f or is smaller than the contour of the blanking product f in front of the discharge passage expansion step g, the inner contour in cross section is the same as the contour of the blanking product f or larger than the contour of the blanking product f behind the discharge passage expansion step g, and the height of the discharge passage expansion step g is≥0.03 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
