<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenic liquefied gas pump that can shorten a pre-heating time, is reduced in a loss of the low temperature liquefied gas, high in pump efficiency, and advantageous to cost. <P>SOLUTION: A motor 1 and an impeller 2 are connected to each other by a shaft 3 which transmits rotation drive between them, the motor 1 is arranged so that the impeller 2 is located below the motor, the motor 1 and the impeller 2 exist in a sealed space 14 in which the motor and the impeller communicate with each other and into which the low temperature liquefied gas is introduced, and a heat adjusting part 11 for holding the impeller 2 so as to exist in a liquid phase of the low temperature liquefied gas and also holding the motor 1 so as to exist in an air phase of the low temperature liquefied gas is arranged between the motor 1 and the impeller 2. By this arrangement, it is not necessary to immerse the motor 1 into liquid, the pre-heating time is largely shortened, an aerification loss of the low temperature liquefied gas accompanied by the time-shortening can be reduced, and the motor 1 itself can be constituted of a relatively inexpensive material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
