<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a user know a text the user is reading. <P>SOLUTION: A target text that is to be read by a user is determined from a document image that is an imaged document. A position of a display area in the document image is determined so as to include the determined target text. The document image included in the display area is displayed on a display screen 90. The determined target text is highlighted so as to be identified from other texts.
