<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that electrically connecting electric components including a diode by welding lead wires when an ignition device is equipped with electric components such as a diode causes a high possibility that variation occurs individually in soldering or welding. <P>SOLUTION: The ignition device for the internal combustion engine includes a first diode group and a second diode group configured by connecting a plurality of diodes, to the inside bottom surface of a case, for preventing either one of the high voltage of a first ignition coil or a second ignition coil from flowing to the other.
