PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing γδT-cells substantially not containing HTLV-1-infected cells, even in case peripheral blood monocytes containing HTLV-1-infected cells are used as cellular origin, and obtainable of a cell population containing a large amount of γδT-cells.
SOLUTION: The method for obtaining a cell population substantially not containing HTLV-1-infected cells and containing a large amount of γδT-cells is provided, comprising the following procedure: cells expressing one or more surface markers selected from the group consisting of CD4, CCR4, TSLC1 and CD25 are removed from peripheral blood monocytes used as cellular origin; subsequently, a cell suspension suspended with the remaining peripheral blood monocytes is spiked with a bisphosphonate-based bone metabolism-improving drug and interleukin-2 to proliferate and activate the γδT-cells.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
