<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered configuration which is easily manufactured and is practically useful, simplified and thinned compared to conventional devices as a configuration for electrostatic capacitive touch input. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel laminate includes an optically transparent first base material layer which is laminated on one side of a transparent adhesive layer, a first transparent conductive layer laminated on a surface of the first base material layer opposite to the adhesive layer via a first undercoat layer, an optically transparent second base material layer laminated on the other side of the adhesive layer, and second transparent conductive layer laminated on a surface of the second base material layer opposite to the adhesive layer via a second undercoat layer. A polarization function laminate comprises a layer including a circular polarization element, and is laminated on a surface of the touch panel laminate having one of the first and second transparent conductive layers via the transparent adhesive layer.
