PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle control device that can suppress the decrease of the number of revolutions of a motor generator.

SOLUTION: When motor slip traveling control and engine-use slip traveling control are switched to each other, a value which is obtained by subtracting difference torque for maintaining the slip fastening of a second fastening element CL2 from an upper limit value of the torque of the motor generator MG which can be outputted is set as a target transmission torque capacity of the second fastening element CL2.
