<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type video display device capable of making desired displays according to purposes. <P>SOLUTION: The reflection type video display device includes reflection type display means 5 of forming an image in a power-supply period based upon input image data, and holding the formed image and reflects external light so as to display the image in a non-power-supply period; a power supply control part 4 which controls power supply to the reflection type display means 5; a control part 35 which stores the input image data as the stored image and also stores an event list 22 indicative of correspondence between an event occurring outside and the stored image, making the power supply control part 4 supply electric power when receiving an event detection signal from outside, and selects and inputs the data on the stored image corresponding to the event detection signal to the reflection type display means 5 based upon the stored event list; and communication means 2 of receiving the event detection signal and image data from outside, and inputting the event detection signal and image data to the control part 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
