<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film capacitor type storage battery having a high capacitance and excellent strength. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor type storage battery is provided with a first laminate substrate 11 laminating a first composite layer 12 where conductive or semiconductive first particles 12A are buried in an organic polymer, and a first substrate 13 consisting of a first conductive film or a first semiconductor film. A first insulation layer 21 is provided on the first substrate 13 of the first laminate substrate 11, and a second insulation layer 22 is provided on the first composite layer 12 of the first laminate substrate. A first conducting path 31 extending in the long direction of the first laminate substrate 11 (from the front toward the back of the paper in Fig. 1) is provided on the first insulation layer 21, and a second conducting path 32 extending in the long direction of the first laminate substrate in parallel with the first conducting path 31 is provided on the second insulation layer 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
