<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to perform image printing with the use of a radio communication environment by intuitive operation by using and controlling an imaging function and an image processing function a digital camera has and assisting the user to switch the radio function of the digital camera. <P>SOLUTION: A digital camera includes an optical lens system, an imaging device, an image processing device, a controller, a storage device, a display device, and an operation unit. When a radio communication device and an antenna device are mounted to the digital camera and a photographic picture is transmitted to a printing device by means of the radio communication device, information about a preset radio connection destination is associated with image information of the printing device a characters of which is taken as an image and extracted by the imaging device and the image processing device, and the information is set and stored.
