摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioning system which allows a heat exchange unit to be replaced without extracting refrigerant in refrigerant piping. <P>SOLUTION: An air conditioning unit 10A mounted on a vehicle body 12 forms an air flow path 22, and blows air by a blower fan 26 into a vehicle cabin 18. An evaporator 40 and a part of refrigerant piping 32 are arranged in the air flow path 22 of the air conditioning unit 10A so that air in the air flow path 22 is heat-exchanged with a refrigerant by the evaporator 40. The heat-exchanged air is blown into the vehicle cabin 18. The heat exchange unit 10B is mounted separately from the air conditioning unit 10A so as to be detachable from the vehicle body 12. When the heat exchange unit 10B is removed from the air conditioning unit 10A, there is no need to divide the refrigerant piping 32.
