<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily arrange a sounding device for sounding a sounding body by vibration. <P>SOLUTION: This sounding device 1 stores a magnetostrictive element for expanding and vibrating in response to a sounding signal, and a magnet 5 arranged in a tip part of the magnetostrictive element projects from an arranging surface of the sounding device 1. Magnets 4 fixed to a case 2 are arranged around the magnet 5, and the magnets 4 and the magnet 5 are attracted to and arranged on the reverse side of a hood of a vehicle. The sounding device 1 constitutes a sounding body system together with a sounding driving device 41 arranged in an engine room and a radio switch 31a arranged in a steering wheel. When a user turns on the radio switch 31a and a radio switch 31b, a sounding command is transmitted to the sounding driving device 41 by radio transmission, and the sounding driving device 41 generates a sounding signal to be output to the sounding device 1.
