<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when continuous recording operation is performed, substrate temperature increases as heat is not satisfactorily radiated but stored near the center part of an element train, which is accompanied by increase of liquid temperature inside a flow passage, which causes reduction in viscosity of the liquid, creates variation in amounts of the discharged liquid, and generates density unevenness of an image. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature detection element is provided by using material in which electric resistance decreases as the temperature rises so as to measure temperature of a thermal action part, which allows close estimation of the temperature of the thermal action part when the liquid is foamed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
