<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous piston cylinder unit available for a device section for fastening, press, joining, punching, embossing, boring or welding. <P>SOLUTION: In the piston cylinder unit with passages 11 and 16 correspondingly arranged in a working cylinder, its passages can bear a load of working cylinder chamber 12 by a fluid pressure from start to end of idle stroke and a load of cylinder returning stroke chamber 21 and at the start of working stroke, a cylinder returning stroke chamber is simultaneously subjected to air ventilation and only the working cylinder chamber is loaded by the fluid pressure. A control pin 49 is correspondingly arranged at a side of piston rod 6 in a piston 4 and at the start of working stroke, the control pin is designed to operate a piston spool 19 so that its piston annular face side is subjected to air ventilation or the cylinder returning stroke chamber is connected to a fluid supply pipe and/or a fluid lead-out pipe through control system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
